Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is currently awaiting the release of his movie ‘Goodbye’, said nothing could be more inspired than the Indian army when it comes to discipline.

He also mentioned that if we adopt the kind of discipline the army practices, then life would be much better and perfect. He further welcomed Lt. Col. Girish Tandon on ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’, saying he was proud to feature a member of the military on the show.

Featuring Girish on the quiz-based reality show, Amitabh Bachchan said, “He is one of India’s most respected army, and I ask everyone to give him a big welcome with thunderous applause.”

Praising the army, Amitabh Bachchan added, “The Indian army is the best example of discipline and if we incorporate it into our daily lives, we can do a good job.

Later, the contestant asked the host that it would be better if the depiction of Indian army officers could be changed in the movies and they could be shown close to ordinary people unlike those who hold guns or batons in their hands.

Apart from this, the officer also shared stories from the frontier and talked about his service journey in the Indian Army for 20 years.

Sharing his experience on the show, the contestant said, “Time in the hot seat with Amitabh Bachchan will forever be etched in my heart as a special memory.”

“Bachchan Ji is one of the most humble people I have ever met and the way he recognized and showed interest in military life touched me. The episode is going to be very insightful as we will be seen discuss army life, their discipline and what is going on in their personal lives,” he concluded.

“KBC 14” airs on Sony Entertainment Television.
