All persons listed here are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The charges listed here are those recommended by the arresting agency to the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office. However, the formal charges filed by prosecutors may differ from the recommended charges listed here.

  • Byron Drake – Inmate on probation and parole, possession of a controlled substance – plant 3 ounces or less, interference with a police officer, possession of a controlled substance – powder or crystal, valid driver’s license.
  • Michael Fuson — Public intoxication.
  • Jacob Hair – Fugitive or charged with a felony, possession of a controlled substance – powder or crystal.
  • Theodore Hansen — Failure to appear.
  • Ryan Harkins — Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule I, II or III, Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Schedule I, II.
  • Georges Karaouni — Domestic assault – first offence, applying pressure to throat or neck.
  • Bryson Manthei — Manufacture or deliver a controlled substance – schedule I, II, possession of a controlled substance – powder or crystal, possession of a controlled substance – plant – 3 ounces or less (x2), stop before exiting from the aisle, possession of a controlled substance LSD 3/10th of a gram, possession of a controlled substance – pill or capsule – 3 grams.
  • Michael Martinez – Breach of protection order, interference with peace officer, revocation of probation by police officer.
  • Max Moody – Serving a prison sentence.
  • Hope Murray – Driving under the influence, driving under suspension, no insurance, non-compliance.
  • Angel Newport – Driving under the influence (first or second offence), reckless driving.
  • Andrew Oglietti – Possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication.
  • Talcon Patik — Public intoxication prohibited.
  • Phillip Pellman – Interference, Driving Under Suspension, Failure to Appear, Failure to Comply.
  • Katrina Pergande — Domestic Battery – First Offense.
  • Everett Phillips – Driving while license suspended/revoked, District Court warrant, no show.
  • Cassandra Prichett — National Crime Information Center hit, manufacturing or delivering methamphetamine or controlled substance as a narcotic (x2).
  • Jade Rattenne – National Crime Information Center hit.
  • Juan Quinn — Didn’t show up.
  • Gabrielle Swanson — Driving under the influence – alcohol 0.08% or more, possession of a controlled substance – pill or capsule – 3 grams, mandatory car insurance – first offense.
  • Jeremiah Vigil — Interference with a peace officer, simple assault.
  • Kyle Vollmer – Criminal warrant, possession of a controlled substance – plant – 3 ounces or less, possession of a controlled substance – powder or crystal.
  • Joshua Wagner – serving a prison sentence.
  • Ronald Warner – Not complying.

Guy in the Chair: A Look Inside the Casper-Natrona County Public Safety Communications Center

For the Casper Police Department and all other first responder agencies, there is the Casper-Natrona County Public Safety Communications Center. They are the “Guy in the Chair” of this city, taking calls, directing traffic and, quite literally, saving lives.

Casper K Street Sewer Line Maintenance

The City of Casper and contractors are performing sewer line maintenance in North Casper over the next few weeks. The work will affect access on K Street to Lincoln Elementary School, Central Wyoming Boys and Girls Clubs, residences and businesses. The city is urging drivers to exercise caution as portions of K Street will often be reduced to a single lane with the use of signs and portable traffic lights.
